Fusion Lip InFusion Plumper Is Amazing the High most extreme plumper with real results I like to call the Jolie effect lol and my second fave lip plumper is Too Faced Lip injections gets the job done as well.

Low maintenance and easy to use : Maybelline Balm Stains. Their matte balm stains are very pigmented and (as their name suggests,) they have a matte finish, while their regular formula or satin balm stains are more sheer, but still provide beautiful colors. They come in a large crayon type applicator, so they are extremely easy to use without any mess. The colors are buildable so you can create, lighter looks or build up the color for more intensity.

Great pigmentation and color payoff: Wet n Wild Megalast Lipsticks and NYX Matte Lip Creams. Wet n Wild Megalast Lipsticks are less than $2, extremely pigmented, and great quality. They have a variety of colors from soft pinks to dark vampy colors, or neutrals &nudes to bright bold colors. Nyx Soft Matte Lip Creams are a liquid lipstick that are fairly easy to apply, then they dry into a nice, pigmented, matte finish. They just released new colors, so they have a wide variety of color options. They cost about $4-6 and come in beautiful neutral and soft shades, dark vampy colors, and plenty of vibrant color offerings.

lip plumpers: I don't know too much about these, but I have used the Too Faced Lip Injections that Alma suggested, and I did quite like it!
