Urban Decay and Tarte are my top two favorite high end brands. Not sure if they have either at Macy's or Bloomingdale's though, I usually get both from either Sephora or Ulta but they are both really good quality brands :)

Tom Ford lipsticks and shade and illuminate. Chanel's highlighters and Vitalumiere foundation. YSL's foundation, lipsticks. Burberry eyeshadows and blush. Also, NARS sheer glow/matts.

Olga you are so lucky for your dad to take you to bloomingdales shopping lol I went for the first time in january and my heart literly stopped I wasso full of joy my heart felt over whelmed and I'm not joking lol I felt I was in heaven from gucci to LV to chanel and all the good stuff dam who wouldnt want to be there I personally would never take my son there cuz he would leave my butt cheeks homeless lol but if your dad is willing to take you, take advantage of this golden opportunity lol... When I went makeup wise I remember they had nars, shiseido, bobbi brown, tom ford, ysl, m.a.c, dior, chanel, borghese, laura mercier, and sisley paris they had way more then these brands there but these are the ones I remember personally I have never tried these exception for nars, mac, dior and chanel, nars wise I say blushes I have one that came with a palette and I really like it, mac you can try there brushes, chanel you can go for there foundation I was really pleased with mine, and dior you can try there mascara love love it

You can't go wrong with NARS imo :) Nice well-rounded brand. Good face products, their eyeshadows are amazing (I recommend Cordura ;3) and I love their lipsticks and glosses! Cons are their price and packaging. It gets dirty very easily, the foundation doesn't have a pump (and my cap broke [won't screw on right] the second day D:), you can buy a pump for it but for the price I think it should be included... and their jumbo lip pencils need sharpening which is a waste of product. But, they're still my favourite brand somehow lol. Another high-end brand I like is Make Up For Ever. MAC is always nice too! Have fun and happy birthday :)
