Guys I really want to know how to perfect my eyeliner! Any basic tips?

You can trace it out like Jessica posted (:
you can also use tape to help get the angle right by connecting it from the outer corner of the eye to the end of the eyebrow.

You've have to try stuff to see which one works best for you...I finally went to using a waterproof pencil, but I use a waterproof liquid to do the cat eye part of I because I like the sharp point I can get with the liquid.
