I have a pimple that's barely there, but it's very, very red. I don't have a green concealer, unfortunately, so how can I get rid of this?!

A lotion might help the redness die down.

I thought you weren't supposed to put lotion on your face..?
Mar 9, 2014
Shannon B.
I've never heard of that before. I don't see any problem with it. I find if you can't put it on the skin of your face then you shouldn't put it on any of your skin at all.
I put lotion on my face and I've never had a single problem ever. I only do it when my face gets red or it's just really dry in areas.

I've done that before and I broke out.

Then it's probably a lotion that isn't for your skin. (When you put it on sensitive skin anyway. Since the skin on your face is more sensitive than the skin in the rest of your body)
Lotion is like conceal in a way with how skin reacts to it. Just have to try different lotions to find one that won't break you out.
since you don't have a lotion right now that will work, maybe putting a dab of honey on it might work. I'm not sure though.

I'm pretty sure you aren't supposed to put lotion on your face. Your skin on your face is more sensitive than the rest of your skin, so, yeah. You put moisturizer on your face, not lotion.

Hun, you can do whatever you want and think whatever you want. I know it doesn't cause me any problems and has never cause me to break out so I'm going off of my experience with it.
If you want you can put moisturizer on your face to see if it helps. Also I said honey my work but I'm not sure. All I'm trying to do it help
I'm going to use lotion since I have never had any problems with it.

Sorry for being rude. I'm in a terrible mood and I'm crying right now because my face looks terrible.

You're fine Hun.
I'm sure your face looks fine. I feel that way sometimes and it's really nothing.
I'm going to go look up something for you really quick.

Try wrapping an ice cube in a paper towel then holding it on to your spot(:

I would try aloe Vera lotion that has helped me in the past. Also I would put Vaseline on mine because I noticed that if it got dry it peeled and got more red.

Lotion is fine for your face but to jeer from breaking out, make sure it's non-comedogenic

Don't use two many things on your face at once! Only deep cleanse and exfoliate your face 3 times a week max or your skin will become dry in patches and red in others xxx
