Help! I have wavy/curly hair and lately it seems to be thinner. I just switched my hair routine and I use the Herbal Essence Hydralicious D-Damage shampoo and conditioner (the purple swirly bottle) and I also started using the Curl Boosting Mousse (also by Herbal Essences). I also still use the It's a 10 Miracle Leave-In conditioner. I haven't been losing as much hair in the shower as I normally do, but it seems thinner even though it's making my hair look healthier. The other day in gym my friend had even asked if I got my hair thinned! Any suggestions?? I'm tempted to switch and try a sulfate free system and I also am thinking about trying out Biotin. Thanks!

Try not using so much conditioner, and cut back on how much you brush and wash your hair. And try getting a shampoo with lots if nutrients in it!

Try slacking of the heat products! Nutrient shampoos are bull! Your hair is basically dead skin cells! You are better taking hair skin and nail vitamins! I just don't see how nutrient shampoo can work unless it is absorbed in the follicle but still then it seems like it will take a long time to absorb the benefits of the nutrient shampoo! You are better off taking hair skin and nail vitamins! But always consult with your doctor! It could also be a genetic condition!

Ok, thank y'all! Yeah, I do wash my hair everyday and I've been natural for about a year now, except when I occasionally straighten it every few months or so.
