I prefer felt tip pen style liquid liners.
1-Kat Von D (really good, last all day, and very black and matte).
2- Stila Stay All Day Liquid Eyeliner (really good, except I find Kat Von D's easier to apply, very black but 'shinier' than Kat's)
3- Revlon Colorstay (really good for drugstore, I like it better than Maybelline Master Studio, but it doesn't last long and not nearly as black as Kat Von D and Stila's)
In my opinion, go for Kat or Stila's because they better than any other liquid liners I have tried.

NYC liquid eyeliner :) don't remember what it's actually called though. It's really cheap too.
