Lipstick brushes are helpful to create a perfect line sometimes liners are a bit watery and smudge. I recommend a lip brush pick your brush size by depicted how big or small you want your Cupid's bow to be :)

I conceal my lips then I go over them and shape them however I want them!

I normally put lipstick on like a baus! Just free hand it then get a baby wipe and wipe around the edges.
