I have dry skin but I always put lotion on my face everyday, liquid foundation is too heavy for me so I need a good powder foundation but under $30.

Also with good coverage I don't want to look like I have nothing on but I also want to look natural

I use Clinique's almost powder foundation, and I love it! The only powder I've ever tried that matches my skin perfectly :) And it has fairly good coverage.

Bare Minerals, Merle Norman (I really like this one), L'Oreal has one (usually at the very bottom of the shelf and its the one that does not
have a brush), Urban Decay Naked Loose Powder, Philosophy, or Tarte

Nyx stay matte but not flat. It's matte but doesn't dry out my skin and is really pigmented so it provides a little more coverage over my foundation.

@Lauren G, it does exactly the same as a similar Foundation Powder that I have used. Although you are correct that it is indeed a Powder, it offers the same amount of coverage as one particular Foundation Powder I was talking about. Thanks.
