I highly suggest watching Robert Jones Make Academy smokey eye videos, recommended to me by Ms. Jackie, it helped me so so much , this is what I accomplished with the help of Mr.Jones!!

Use a really good base?? Like maybelline color tattoos or Mac ones.

Yes make sure you use a good base like Laura R mentioned (black maybelline color tattoo is good) but before that use a primer (Milani, Urban Decay, Too Faced)
