Smudge Proof Eyeliner?

The liners I use on my lower lash line always seems to smudge away and create those ugly black circles and lines underneath my eyeliner. I absolutely hate it!! I need the best, smudge proof black eyeliner available! Thanks for any and all suggestions c:

Hi .. Try no 7 eye pencil .. Or revlon and set it with the black eye shadow

I had the same problem. I recently discovered Makeup Geek Gel liner in Immortal (black) this stuff won't budge!
