Need a recommendation -felt tip liquid eyeliner.

I currently use a Revlon Colorstay Felt tip liquid eyeliner (black). I used to really like it, but only used it on my top lashline. I have noticed when I use it on my lower lashline that it goes all over the place and does not STAY where I put it. Within a few hours I can look in the mirror and notice it looks like I slept in my makeup and I have black all over my under eye area. Sooooooo, I am looking for a new option. I need something that is super black, matte or semi matte (no sparkles or high shine), and that will stay put. I really prefer a felt tip liquid, but I would be willing to try something else if it would get the job done. Anyone have any suggestions? I have got to pick something up when I get out and about today. Thanks! :)

Someone was just telling me about milanis felt tip eyeliner last night. she said it's amazing and doesn't budge even when you cry. I'm assuming it's waterproof.

I've been using the Loreal 24 hr infallible one and having the same problem :( while I LOVE the extra long felt tip it has the formula is definitely not 24 hours. Would be interested in finding a new one too

Almay has a pretty good one. I find it a little hard to control but it stays, even on the bottom lash line.

I love cream liner! It takes a little more practice and you need a brush but the clinique ones are out of this world amazing. They never ever smudge. Ever.
