It depends on the person and what's your best feature. You could have big beautiful eyes like Nina, so it's best to play up the eyes. For me, I do lips only because I usually don't have the patience for eyeshadow lol.

That's a hard one. I agree with CALI V. But at the same time I never feel complete without eye makeup whereas I can go without lips. But both probably! If I had to choose one though I would go with eyes but it's personal preference!

It depends. Sometimes I like being a rebel and injecting some excitement while out and about and do both. I just keep my clothes understated if I go that route with my makeup.

It really depends on my mood I love both looks. But if I'm doing a bold lips I'll definitely have some mascara on I won't just leave my eyes completely naked

I always do one or the other. never both. just depends on my mood! and I agree with CALI I loveeee bold lips with only mascara. for some reason I find it so much prettier than with eyeshadow and liner.

I like making my eyes pop and stand out because my lips are more full and I find that my eyes et hidden but I find it looks kinda off if some one has big volumized lips and plain eyes that have nothing to makeup them stand out.

I'm intimidated by wearing ANY kind of lipstick (I know, a bit sad) so my lips have never been bold. I think a bold eye is beautiful, yet lips are just amazing when worn right! I can't decide lol.
