Under eye concealer?

I really need a concealer to cover the blue under my eyes while it also brightens

But sadly I don't get a whole bunch of money since I don't have a job and my mom dosnt really like me wearing a lot of makeup so I keep it very natural and don't buy anything that I don't use

So is there any drugstore concealer that is good for covering up under eye blueness? Preferably under 15$

It's a tad bit over your budget ($18) but MAC had a great concealer called Pro Longwear. I also have dark circles (hereditary) and it works great.
A good dupe for the MAC concealer is LA Girl pro concealer. It's not at the drugstore but you can find it at a beauty supply store. It's super popular right now so your color may not be in stock but keep trying. It's only $2.99 and works like a CHARM.

Glamoflauge concealer from hard candy is a really good concealer around 5-6$ I think. You can purchase it at walmart

Benefits erase paste if great! It has a really strong coverage and stays put. I love it but it can be a little matte
