Use a lipliner to line right out side of your lips and fill in your lips and the extra little space with lipstick. don't do it too drastic, then it'll be noticeable

You can add a highlight on your cupids bow and either gloss or a lighter shade of your lip color (either a different lipstick or you could dab an eye shadow) right in the center of your bottom lip.

I think your lips are great and would look just the slightest bit bigger if you put on a bold color. It's much harder to pull off bright colors like hot pinks, reds, purples, and electric blues because it's too powerful. However, if you want to give the illusion of bigger lips... First use concealer to outline your lips to camaflauge your natural shape. Then take a lip liner and lightly outline outside your natural lips and then fill in with the pencil and lipstick. Just make sure the line isn't too far from your natural lips so that it doesn't look too natural. Also, add glass to the center of your lips and a highlight to the cuspids bow! But I also say that you should rock your smaller lips! Use it to your advantage to play around with great colors that are vibrant and bright! Hope all this actually helped you!

My lips are small too! I dot really do any tricks to make them appear bigger , however I know some! When you apply lipstick, you can dot a lipgloss in the center of your lips and that will give then the illusion of fullness! Also, a gold eyeshadow (teensy bit) will work too!

First of all, your lips are not that small, and a lot of people say to wear lip gloss or shiny stuff, I think lining and contouring with more matte lip stuff helps! I personally love Milani lipsticks and lip liner because most of the shades are not shimmery/glossy but not as drying as matte lipstick. Line lips with nude lip liner, slightly overdraw, put on lipstick, highlight center of lips with lighter lipstick.
