Has anyone tried the Stila all over shimmer liquid luminizer? I'm not sure how I should use it.

You can mix a drop in with liquid foundation for an all over dewy look or use it as a highlighter. Blends well as a highlighter with your fingers or a beauty blender.

Lol I understand, you have to be light handed when applying it because it can make you look like a disco ball if too much is applied.

Lol yes it can be used for all over and you can also just dab it over your lipstick to give a Pop of glow. :-)
