Also you might want to highlight around your eyebrows cuz your eyebrows frames your eyes.

A simple eye liner always works well. Also emphasizing your eyebrows helps. It makes your eye area stand out.

Whenever I wear my glasses I do a wing eyeliner strong brows and highlight :) + a lot of mascara.

Winged eyeliner and white on the inner corner. It looks fabulous in frames. The white adds more light so your eyes pop out more. You can pull off a thicker liner since the frames will complement it. Just make sure your brows aren't too thick or the face will be overpowered.
