So the dress requirements for this school event is modest, what would you consider modest for a 16 year old.

No cleavage (not even the smallest amount) and bottoms that at least reach your knees.

Those outfits are cute and everything but I probably should have mentioned I live in Australia and it is very humid and hot.

The lace dress with the red blazer is best and the lenghts fine its really classy looking modest doesn't mean covered up like a nun it jus means be elegant and not trashy.

I think if its a formal occasion then a knee length or longer dress with a cardigan or blazer over it or its less formal leggings, and a longish flowy top(:

Modest:
-no cleavage
-no exposed shoulders
-mid thigh hem minimum
-nothing too fitted

Fitted capris, a flowy top with no cleavage..perhaps a sheer one with a tank beneath..short or 3/4 length sleeves and low-heeled wedges or flats. That can be dressed up or down with accessories and hair choice. A messy bun would be lovely.
