Hey lovelies, I went for something dramatic, oh and this isn't me it is my neighbor... Whatcha think? What can I do to make it better??

It just looks like it could use some good cleaning. The look itself is really nice, but just make sure to always clean up edges, clean fallout, blend any harsh lines, clean inner corners of black dust, etc. She also has really nice eyebrows, but the blonde hair underneath them are very distracting and add a strange texture to the browbone highlight. I think you had an amazing idea with this though!! Good luck 💋
