I need help with eyeliner because is not good!
I want a waterproof eyeliner (pencil) for under my eyes will last me all day without looking like raccoon lol
Please let me no of brands or good eyeliners please please help

Urban decay 24/7 is pretty waterproof.
too faced perfect eyes waterproof eyeliner
Maybelline master drama
or just put some eyeshadow primer under your eyes and it will prevent smudging

Scandaleyes kohl liner. the waterproof one. it. does. not. move. lol. I think it was rimmel. only like $3 :)

Rimmel also makes a retractable pencil if you don't want kohl. It's called Exaggerate. They make in a waterproof formula and that stuff doesn't budge either. It's also only 3 or 4 bucks :)

Felt tip pen: NARS, kat Von d, stila all day, or pixel (sold at ulta)
Gel: maybelline eye studio, or inglot
Pencil: urban decay 24/7

I prefer retractable pencils better. I love L'Oreal Infalliable and Sephora's Retractable Waterproof Pencils are good. I prefer kohl eyeliners like Rimmel Scandaleyes and UD 24/7 liners for smudging. I haven't tried them, but Kim Kardashian swears by Stila's Kajal Eyeliners (pencil) and I believe Rimmel makes a similar one

Also Maybelline EyeStudio the gel liner doesn't go anywhere, looks very rich in color, and lasts a loooong time because a little bit goes a long way.
