What can I do or use for acne that forms under the skin that just stay red bumps. Right now I use Clean and Clear deep action cleanser. I also exfoliate, but It doesn't really help get rid of the bumps.

I used to try to pick on them till something came out... BIG MISTAKE! Just let it go away. It's just swelling of an infected pore so let the swelling go down & when it does, it should be fine!

For redness, use eye drops (which naturally remove redness) & that should do it!

I honestly suggest you go see a dermatolagist.
we are used to seeing acne as a beauty related problem and not as a skin condition. my doctor gave mw a prescription for a spot cream with some benzoyl paroxide and some other active ingredients.
I pop it on about an hour before I go to sleep and even the biggest zits and under skin acne disappear in 3 days max! a professional can really pick out the stuff that works best for you :)
