It looks alright. I would work on cleaning up under the eyes. I think it would look even better if you added falsies, did your brows and lined your lips.

I love the look your going for its dramatic. So to finish the look I will fill in the eyebrows, clean up a little under and maybe a different color lip, a tiny bit more blush.

I would put concealer on the undereye a just to brighten it up and make the makeup pop.

Fill/shape the brows and don't go too dark and heavy UNDER the eye, and maybe a blush or soft bronzer on the apples of your cheeks along with a little contouring.
