I think you can buy some color correctors at Wal-Mart or target. they have the ones that are Yes to grapefruit, Yes to blueberries, etc. I was looking at them the other day & I'm pretty sure there was one to help you. just check out their websites :)

To even out your skin tone I would look into the brand ambi I don't know the exact name I think it is even and clear tone correcting. just check each bottle! anyways my mother in law had been using it for a few months and said it really helped with her skin.

I would use witch hazel after you cleanse you skin. As for makeup... Just wear some bb cream and concealer under you eyes
