Trim the hairs that stick out of the top with beauty scissors, then with an eyebrow brush or spooly, brush the upward facing hairs in the direction of your other eyebrow hairs and use a wax pencil or clear mascara to keep them in place

Mine are similar. Just do what others suggested by shaping them up a bit. Then take a spool brush and comb them out and then fill them in, I really think Anastasia Dipbrow would be great for you because its creamier than a powder or a pencil, so it'll be easier to 'manipulate' your brows because of the way yours are

Trim and fill! Anastasia clear brow gel is like brow super glue! Love it. Also the new dip brow pomade or the brow wiz pencils
