Michele they do you just need to warm them up either with a candel or straightener and pull them out you can even melt lipstick and put it in pans... Let me get some links for you so you can see

Got it on here 25$ and so worth it. it helped me condense my random pallet collection. I just choose the colors I actually used outta the many I had just sitting there taking up space. <3 it! now I have more space to buy more ;)
