What is the best beauty advice that you have ever gotten? For me it was 3 things...
1. Drink plenty of water!! It will help you feel and look good.🚰🚰
2. Always wear sunscreen. It keeps your skin looking great and protected. Also help you from getting brown spots later in years.☀️☀️☀️
3. One of the best things ever...Smile!! A smile can be all you need, a smiling person is beautiful and the smile will be passed on!! 😄😃😀😊☺️😉😉😘😘
What is have you heard!?!💬💭👂

I like 1 and 3, but I'm allergic to a lot of suncreen. I gave up on it.

-Blend blend blend
-"Rock it in your socket"
-Suncreen (still working on this one)
-Get healthy from within, it will show later on your skin
-To never scoff drugstore makeup
-Don't use products containing mineral oil
-The rule of heat styling (heat gets the look, cold sets the look)
-Pat on facial products/be gentle to the eye area
-Remember to take care of neck and hands too, not just face. All three will show signs of aging quickly!

My Grama told me to start to use ponds brand cream as part of my skin care routine. Never to forget my neck and chest area and when anti-wrinkle creams started becoming more available she encouraged me to use them. I was still like 17-18 at this time.she told me to wear sun screen always!!... & I've always worn sun screen, even in the winter. Drink lots of water, take vitamins. I exfoliate daily! use lotion 2 times a day, watch comedies and make sure you smile :) I'm 35 years old and have great looking skin for the most part. People think I look 21-25 instead. :) Thank you Grama for your advice...it worked for me.

Best advice was limit sun exposure. Very easy since I worked graveyard shift for 7 years and barely saw daylight. Drink lots of water, wash off makeup every night (admittedly this I did not start doing until I hit 35). Most recent, use primer. I didn't even know primer existed until 2 years ago! Now I'm a primer junkie. I have 6 tubes/bottles in active use plus a few unopened for back up.

The only thing that sticks out to me is my grandma yelling at me "Tiffany brush your damn hair" when I was a kid lol.

-I wear sunBLOCK. Everywhere. Not just my face. I mean everywhere.
I'm like a freakin vampire.
-less is more sometimes.
-you can pile on makeup but nothing looks more beautiful that a confident woman.
-hydrate
-exercise. Like 5 times a week. And not just cardio. Weights. And not just the 5 lbs ones.
Big girl weights
-limit alcohol. I can't tell you how many women I've met who look way younger than they are, when I ask them their secret they day they just don't drink. I'm not saying never ever, but I do have to say my binging bender days are behind me

1) purchase dry shampoo, you don't know how handy it is sometimes (party nights and having work the next day, it makes sense)
2. Carry hairspray with you at all times (fix hair, fix ripped nylons, great weapon if attacked - use like mase [I read it on a website that you can use hair spray as mase])
3. Protect your eyes! They are the only eyes you have!
