So I'm pretty sure I have emotional acne also called hormonal acne. Every time I get really upset about something I break out. The other day I was really upset and now I'm breaking I out really badly and nothing seems to be helping. please let me know if you have any ideas that might help.

You should try proactive. I have really dry skin and I break out sometimes. If you use it and you start to break out use less of the product. If it gets worse go see dermatologist.

Thanks for your answers I'm definitely going to go to the doctor now @Jacqlyn can I go to a normal doctor for this or do I need to go to a dermatologist.
