My hands are really dry and are cracked and bleeding. Any ideas how to fix them??

Coconut oil can be really good for moisturizing your hands! I recommend that! Hope it can help!

The best thing to use for a skin condition like urs I'd the Eucerin dry skin therapy calming creme. It's a really good daily moisturizer. Try it.
