My lips are a nightmare! There white and really dry and flakes are falling everyone from them and I can't stop picking them! I really need some advice and lip product names to keep them heathy and moisturized!

Take a toothbrush and wet it down then gently scrub your lips in circular motion with it. One the flakes are gone, use a chapstick like Eos or Burts Bees. If there still dry, I suggest buying some rose hip oil (at a health store) and applying a very small amount to lips before you sleep. Rose hip oil hydrates and heals/repairs skin. I use it a lot and its supposed to heal scars too. Good luck!
