Same bra size! Try modcloth.com or maybe a British store online. I find that British clothing often accommodates for boobs more than American clothing does.

I actually had to buy cocktail dresses from David's Bridal for my formals in high school/college. They had a lot more sizes than regular stores (because they cater to bridal parties that all have to wear the same dress).

ModCloth is ace for chesty girls. (Pun intended) I don't know from personal experience, as the chairwoman of the IBTC, but my friend got a prom dress from there and it worked great for her. (I think she's about your size) I'd also say that a really good, smoothing bra with straps that mean business but stay hidden is important.

Oh I feel you're pain. 32E over here! I suggest getting a beautiful dress that's a bit bigger, then having It altered.

I am a 32FF and actually, I don't have problems finding clothes that fit. A few things to think about:
1: Make sure you get dresses made from stretchy fabrics.
2: Strapless is a big no-no. If it doesn't squeeze your tits in half, it's not going to stay up. Both look equally bad.
3: Dresses with a different top part than bottom part almost always works.
4: If you feel comfortable about it, try using dresses with low neck cuts. Often when the dress has a high neck, it's really tight and your boobs are going to look flat.
Also make sure you have a really good bra under. It will make a big difference :) Good luck!
