Choose a specific formula for your foundation (the Clinique stay-matte one is impressive for that purpose) or just use primer, powder and setting spray.

First moisturizer keeps your face hydrated and prevbts flaking during the day from your foundation then primer I reccomend smashbox they have for every skin type and it so wonderful then put your foundation and set it with a powder I use rimmel stay matte not my favourite but good for its price and if you want to make your makeup last even longer use a setting spray and for eye makeup same thing primer hope I could help :D.
