Thankyou! How I did it:
She started off with straight hair. Then I twisted each piece (multiple sections from the inner, middle and outler layers of her hair) with my fingers, and then I rubbed a tiny amount of water onto each twist and at the base of the twist, and then held onto the twist while I used my hair dryer/ blow dryer and angled it so the air would blow on the twist and in the direction of the twist. After I had done all the sections, I used hair spray to make sure it would all stay in place.

She looks beautiful. But you have to be careful with the kind of hair dryer you are using. Read about the best hair dryer for curly hair http://www.the-best-hair-dryer-reviews.com/best-hair-dryer-for-curly-hair/
