Laura Mercier oil-free tinted moisturizer is fabulous. I use MAC pro long wear concealer under it if I have a blemish and it is the perfect combo

Estée Lauder double wear works best for me and I have extremely oily skin as well. I also use murad oil control mattifier underneath.

I agree with the Stila & MUFE recommendations those are good picks for sure. also not sure if you like mineral makeup but Cover FX mineral makeup is v.good or Nuance by Salma Hayek mineral makeup for a drugstore pick
