Hi ladies, my cousin just asked me if it was possible to re grow her brows, even though she's been over-plucking them for almost 30 years. I suggested she start taking biotin, but also wanted to ask for tips and suggestions. Thanks in advance!

Ok, so I don't know anything about this personally but I go get my brows threaded and the girl said that a lot of times if you over pluck, the hair stops growing. So say you even have the patience not to screw with them for a while, some of the spots won't grow back anyway. She suggested using a brow hair growing gel that helps enhance and re-stimulate hair growth. Like I said I have no experience in the subject but it worth researching or googling if you want to find out more

Put vaseline on them at night thats how mines grew faster or you could use castor oil.

It true sometimes they won't grow back but she can try minoxidil (rogain) I've also heard rapidlash has helped some but took a lot longer to grow brows and a much shorter time growing lashes, which is what its really made for.

I wish Vaseline actually made them grow, but that will condition them for sure! while that is fine, I prefer extra virgin coconut oil to condition.I have yet to know of something safe for promotion of brow growth. I think what Danny said would be a good start too :)

I've had A LOT of success with vitamin e oil! And it worked quickly! Just massage it on the eyebrows in circular motions 1-2 times a day.

You can also get the cheaper version of.
Rogain at target use a eyebrow brush twice a day to comb a small amount threw. Apologize if I am repeating sometimes on my phone all the replies don't show. Just blank and the avatar.
All my eyebrows fell out due to an auto immune disease. I have had the worst time getting what growth I do have back into shape that looks like me. Something is just off. But the stuff works. Biotin helped as well but I had to lay off bc it caused such horrible acne.
