Autumn, it may be hormonal. You need to bump your nutrition up and drink that water like crazy. I know people that have had great success with The Body Shop Tea Tree Oil Face Kit. You may also want to try a product with Salicylic Acid in it. I also know that both Cetaphil and CeraVe are gentle and effective. Be sure to keep hair off the face at home..sleep with a loose bun and use a 100% pure cotton pillowcase. Skin needs a fabric that can breathe while you sleep. Green tea...incorporate a cup or two into your daily diet. For spots, Nuetrogena makes an excellent spot treatment that is tinted to heal and conceal.

Best of luck to you. I'm avid about my cotton..lol I would also only use pure cotton puffs on my face and change my pillowcase every 3rd day. You may want to try exfoliating once a week..gently...and adding a toner to your routine. Mario Badescu has a lovely one with Seaweed and it us inexpensive and gentle. Ulta has it. Green tea naturally dextoxes the body and reduces inflammation. I hope that helps.

I like it iced as well. Use Agave nectar to sweeten it slightly. Philosophy has a gentle exfoliating wash that I use faithfully. It's called Microdelivery. Marshall's and TJ Maxx usually has it.

Maybe its the coconut oil, except jojoba and cold pressed lavender oil, all oils break me out badly, maybe you could switch to an oil free moisturiser instead of coconut oil?

Rosehip oil was soo good on my light acne scars until my derm asked me to stop using it cuz it was causing my skin to break out in places it never did before.
