Hey beauties!

Geez, I haven't posted one of these in a while! Anyways. I am currently working on becoming a free-lance makeup artist, and it is MUCH much more expensive than I would have ever expected. I want to know... how long did it take for you makeup artists to get your kit fully together with good quality products? Also, how did you get your first few clients? How did you get your name out there?? I seem to be having a difficult time with these things.

I would fully appreciate it if people could tell me their stories to success or answer my questions above. Thank you so much!
