How do I enhance/define my curls?

I've been using hot irons on my hair since I was 13, & my hair lost ALL of its natural curl. It was just dry, frizzy & flat. I've been doing the no shampoo challenge for a while now & my curls are finally back!

What products can I use to enhance & define my curls. Something to make them nice & bouncy.

If it helps at all, I have very thick/coarse hair.

I really love my ouidad moisture infusing and refreshing spray <3 i'm all out though :( ack! I looove this product for my waves/curls. It makes them bouncy, moisturized, and shiny. It's also lightweight so it doesn't weigh my hair down. You can find it at Sephora :) I need to buy a new one!
