Definitely recommend Revlon Colorstay Liquid Eye Pen. The tip is similar to a marker but it is thin enough to lines the eyes perfectly!

My favorite 'easy to use' liquid liner is milani's eyetech liquid liner - it's a felt tip marker type eyeliner and i think it's very easy to use - one of my favorites.
I also like ELF's 1 dollar eyeliner - a good option to graduate to once you get the hang of the felt tip.

Italia is my favorite. Its super cheap, great quality, and I love the brush that comes with it. The bottle will last you awhile but I still want to stock up on more. I hate the thought of ever running out haha

urban decay, but the best thing i can tell you is to practice practice practice! i wasnt good at wearing eyeliner for a long time and i started practicing every night. so any day of the week, whether i was wearing makeup or not, before i would get in the tub i would apply eyeliner to just rinse it off in the tub. but i did that for like 3 months and bam, eyeliner skills are perfected and can do it with the steadiest hand now. remember practice makes perfect and nothing good comes easy! i know u can do it, i have full faith in u!
