@Angelique Thanks so much! I got the order confirmation but no shipping confirmation and I placed my order on Monday. When I go on their site it still says "order processing". I guess I'll have to shoot them an email and see what's up.

@ Kristin - Yeah I would be worried if it didn't ship, especially if you ordered on Monday. You should definitely try to email them.

I'm fine with a delay, because this is a serious blow-out sale. I wasn't planning on stocking up, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to snatch up some goodies. I'm just worried they're going to come back and say 'oh, we actually don't have the stock to fulfill your order, it sold out faster than we could update our site.' That's never happened to me with UD, but NYX has done it to me twice. Disappointing!

My order shipped today! God, whenever I make an online purchase I feel like a junkie waiting for a fix. Thinking about it like that made me feel dirty. I'm going to take a shower now. Hopefully everyone who ordered on the 16th had their orders ship today!

I just called Urban Decay today. I made 2 separate orders on the same day. My first order arrived on Saturday but my second order has not even been shipped yet. Urban Decay said they got over 10k orders in 1 day from the sale so there is a lag. I asked him how long, and he said up to 7 days but dont quote him...he looked mine up and said it was submitted to the warehouse and should ship today or tomorrow....so I hope that helps some of you out...If you want to call to check on your order you can...just have your order # available...Here is the #

Geesh. I ordered my bridal kit a week ago now. It was the only thing I ordered and I was charged for the ordered but it still has not been shipped. :( My wedding less then 8 weeks away. I'm hoping I get it soon so I can start playing with the products and do trial runs.

I got my order today, but 2 items are missing. I never was contacted about an item being oversold and no refund has been issued...I emailed them letting them know I'm down a liquid liner and a matte shadow. Hopefully I'll get a response soon.

So it's official: UD oversold and has to tell people they aren't getting what they ordered.
I hate to be right about these things, but I totally called it.
I'm really not happy with them. A whole day of trying to contact them to see why I'm missing items and no response by phone, email or facebook. This is the first time UD has really disappointed me.
