Well I find that no matter what liquid I use it runs..High and Low end. I prefer pencil with a bit of eyeshadow on top of it.
Now I have a question?My eyeliner always runs what am I doing wrong?

It depends...liquid liner is good for a good winged look, but not for using on the waterline, but I really hate pencil, so I stick to Gel for the waterline.

I like em all. I love cream/gel/liquid liners for upper lashline, but I do like pencils for my waterline.

I love liquid liners, I find them so much easier to use than a pencil for the upper lash line. And it looks a lot better in my opinion too. :)

I like to use gel or pencil liners. The reason why I don't use liquid liners is because I always smudge out my top liner so I need something that is smudge-able.

Between those two I'd choose liquid. I personally prefer gel or cream liner though.

It depends honestly. I like to use gel for my top lids and pencil for my bottom water line. If anything I would choose gel. Lasts all day and easier to work with.

Both?? haha! well, i'm dreadful in applying liquid eyeliner.
But one thing that i like - it gives off a strong black line and is long-lasting!
Pencil is much more forgiving. But sometimes I find it's not as pigmented as liquid. [it's just me, really]. Most of the time, I use pencil for my everyday/work look.

I like gel, but the pencil is safer when applying to the waterline no spillage and then I use liquid liner for the cat eye

Pencils are so much more forgiving but liquids have that crisp darkness that makes it worth the risk ;P

i only use liquid on my top lash line! when i use it on my lower lash or waterline, it's just a complete disaster for me.

I find liquid too messy which is a shame because the look can be alot more intense. I've started trying to draw out with a pencil and go over with liquid.

absolutely liquid. i can never get a precise enough line with pencil, so i only use it on my waterline usually. sadly i can't seem to get the hang of gel liner. i love the way it looks but every time i try to use it it ends up smudged all over my face...perhaps i need to invest in a better eyeliner brush.

I love them all : ) I use UD 24/7 liquid eyeliner on the top lid, UD 24/7 pencils on the waterlines and Laura Mercier cake liner to tightlne : )
