Waxing is good but try IPL or VPL it's amazing I have quite thick dark hair and I've got eczema so my skin is sensitive and it is the best thing I've ever done I would do it again in a heart beat, however it will be a bit pricey for your legs, underarms though are quite reasonable! But I wouldn't go hair removal cream... It's pretty brutal!

I've been using an epillator for a loong time now, it lasts long and comes out smooth, you can go at least two weeks :) but yes, it does hurt. after some time you get used to it and its not that bad, so definitely worth it ;)

What ipl or vpl??

Intense pulse light and variable pulse light, it's where light travels down the hair shaft and kills off the hair follocle it's not 'permanent' removal but its a sever reduction! But you cannot tan the area, you have to keep sunscreen on it at all times and it works on the pigment of the hair, so if you have fair skin/fair hair it won't work, but if you have dark hair fair skin / medium skin tone etc.it will, basically the light just has to be able to pick up the pigment in the hair follicle against the pigment in your skin, but be careful who you go to, make sure they are fully qual'd in ipl or VPL because if they don't know how to use the machine they can burn you,

Yecenia J., you can try exfoliating your legs with a body scrub, wash cloth, or anything else you think your skin could handle. You should let your legs either soak in warm water or somehow "steam" your legs first, and then exfoliate, and then shave. I actually started using "Coochy" which is a conditioner/shaving cream and it has prevented me from getting cuts, razor burn, ingrown hairs, etc.
