What was the first makeup you started wearing? I don't mean when you were 5 and your mom did your makeup to dress up in, but when you went out. Do you think you made a bad decision?
Mine was blac eyeliner. Not a lot, just a bit on the waterline. I actually don't think it was a bad decision either as I feel like black suits me better than brown and I didn't go overboard.

When I first started wearing makeup, I wore just mascara. I think it was a good decision since I kept it very nautural looking.

Emily: I agree.. just a hint of something when you're younger seems to be best :]
Monica: eek! I actually didn't start wearing foundation until my last year of high school... my mom decided that it would be a good idea to put hers on me once, though... uhh, yeah... bad idea. >.<

The first makeup I wore was dark brown lip liner and brown lipstick.. yep.. at the time it was the thing to do. All I can do is look back at my high school pics and laugh at myself.

Mascara, mascara, mascara! I used to go out with ONLY mascara, and maybe a little lipgloss. It was only much later that I started playing around and wearing a full face of makeup. I definitely don't regret it, although I see why some people would (my pocketbook certainly regrets it though! lol!). I've discovered something that keeps me busy and brings me joy, and I am grateful for that! =)

When I first started wearing it I had eyeliner and mascara I don't think it was a bad decision as I didn't look like I was overdoing it at school which I think sometimes it can look that way, as I didn't start playing around with foundations and powders until a few years later.

I only used eyeliner, clear mascara and a loose powder. That's all I really knew about makeup

Mascara, but looking back on it it was probably the WORST mascara ever! I'd never used any before so I thought this was normal: everytime I took it out of the tube, black flakes would get all over my floor, counter, hands, etc. And when I put it on it looked clumpy and also got flakes all over my face. I wish I could remember the brand. I got it from Target but I can't remember the band, I want to say Milani but I don't think that's right.

I made a horrible decision!!! lol, I shaved my eyebrows so that I could draw it myself and make my eyelid bigger to work with, I used a black eyepencil to draw the eyebrows (wrong!!!). The best part was when I had to go back to school from holidays and I went to a boarding school that didnt permit makeup. I looked like Smeagul everyday.

Foundation! I had terrible acne in high school and was teased mercilessly... can't believe what it did for my self esteem when I figured out how to cover it.
