This problem chasing me its been ages and still i couldn't find my true colour foundation. really struggling a lot. i have been through a lot of YouTube videos but im really confused. i find myself looking bright with gold, white, or light coloured dresses and as well dark colours but i seem not to look too good and bright with light make up. moreover my under eye circle looks purplish and i can cover them with a orangy concealer and my veins seems blue. so you can pretty much guess how much confuse i can get after seeing so many colours in me :P i really want to check by a proffessionalist but the one i see in big make up stores in UK....i can't trust on them ( cause i found them with horrible make up on) feels like they cant help me. i really dont know what to do!! please anyone help!!!

It almost sounds like you have neutral undertones.
Here's a video by Wayne Goss (gossmakeupartist) on that...

Yeah you do sond like a neutral undertone. I usually go to the store and find colors in the different shades closest to me - which I am light and then I try some out for each undertone- cool, warm, neutral. And then I swatch them on the inside of my arm which ever one looks the most natural is the one I go with. I know what undertone I am now and can usually pick my color now without even having to swatch it. Good luck. :-)

What colour are your veins? Green means yellow undertones, blue means pink undertones. People's faces can also be a different undertone than their neck/chest. I always stick to the yellow undertone of my chest.

heather- also, if they're blue-green, you have neutral undertones. :) like me!
