how many times a week you go?

how long do you tan?

what tanning lotions do you use?

do you feel comfortable using stand-up or laying down?

me personally i usually go 3 or 4 times when i start up then go 2 or 3 times to maintain my tan and i prefer stand-up for one i am clastrophobic and laying there flat i can't breath lol where stand up i am moving arounf feeling comfortable and because i tan nude don't know if the beds really get cleaned good. as for creams i use paint it black which makes me pretty bronze (:

I'm ashamed to say it, but I KIND of want to try a tanning bed. I know it's terrible & soooo bad for you, but my body is SO white. I want to have a nice even tan & feel this is the only way to do it.

Any advice?

Andrea - I agree! I know how bad it is but I want to try because self-tanners only last me a few days and I'm the palest of all paleness-ness!

well i am no longer using tanning beds i realized that some of my medical conditions might trigger or get worst using them and skin cancer runs in my family so i am now spray tanning and using self tanners which are working fine for me cause i am very tan and spray tans make me brown. sad to let go of tanning beds but i don't want cancer or other skin problems :/

I used to, it got seriously addicted but I broke it finally. I never got past 15 minutes at a time. I used the Playboy Bronze Couture tanning lotion and the Playboy tan extending daily moisturizer afterwards. I used to go every day or ever other day. I never tried the stand up one, I liked to relax and lay down.

Try self tanning creams! They might be a pain to put up with at some points but you'll thank yourself later!!

Nope. I'm terrified of skin damage and also a big of a germophobe, and I've heard that tanning beds aren't always hygenic =(

I'm with Kerry - try a self-tanner, or a spray tan. You won't wind up looking older than you are eventually.
