I'm still new to Beautylish and I was curious as to what it means on a person's profile of it says "elite" or "team"? What does this mean?

Team: Members of the Beautylish staff.

Elite: A while back, the members of beautylish nominated other members who they thought were very helpful (and things of that nature). Not only do these members get an "Elite" badge on their profile, but they also have other perks if I'm not mistaken. If you want more information, I think there is a thread about Beautylish Elite in the site announcements section. If you want, I can find the thread for you.
