Ok so I was hoping all you wonderful ladies could offer me some advice. This may be more geared to beauty blogging/vlogging mommies, but I would love suggestions from anyone.
So I am just totally overwhelmed when it comes to dedicated my time to my blog and vlogging for youtube. What I mean by overwhelmed is, I can't seem to find the right balance between blogging/vlogging and getting things done around the house and with the kids. i have a 3 yr. 9yr, and 6 yr. The oldest are at school during the day but i always have my 3yr old at home with me. I have the greatest intentions when it comes to blogging and I have really great video concepts but never can seem to find the time to get it all done. Not to mention, you film then you have to edit! Then I thought I would do it when the kids go to sleep, but then I feel guilty because I feel I need to be giving that time to my husband, which by the way is soooo supportive with my intentions of my blog and youtube channel....ahhhh!!!
Sorry for venting guys but I am just curious how do you guys manage it? my husband works really long hours and I just feel like most (if not all) my time needs to be dedicated to my kids, their school work, after school activities etc? But I guess if this is something I really want (which it is) and that I am very passionate about (which I am) I will find a way to make it work. Im just the most unorganized person so trying to balance it all is having me go a bit coo-coo nuts over here..lol!
thanks so much for letting me vent/rant, so nice.

It is very difficult to manage! I have a 2yr old, 3 yr old and 8 yr old. Only the 8 year old is in school. I myself am trying to figure out a schedule. But with children at the age of my rug rats is not easy at all. I basically get to it when I can. If you blog a lot you can get the iblogger app and blog wherever and whenever.

I feel your pain. I work full-time, go to school full-time, and have a 3 year old. You fit it in where you can. Don't kill yourself over it, because it is supposed to be fun...

I don't do either (not a mom, not a blog/vlog'er) but I will say this - you can't take good care of others if you don't take good care of yourself first. If for you, doing the vids and the blog, etc, are your "me" time, then schedule it in. Find a set amount of time per day (an hour? Two? Less?) and actually write it into your schedule. Maybe when your child is napping? Or early in the morning? If you have it set, you will 1) remember to do it and 2) have something to look forward to when you're feeling otherwise overwhelmed. I don't think it should be something that regularly takes time away from your husband (like at night, etc), and you need sleep as much as anyone, so if you were my sister or my best friend, I'd suggest you find a way to make it work into your daily routine. And Michelle's comment is right - if you stress about it too much, you'll lose the "fun" of it all, and that would be a shame.

Thank you guys so much for the support/advice, and you ladies are right I do love blogging and making the videos when i can, so i def. don't want to lose the fun factor! Maybe I will figure out the best time of the day/night for myself when i think will work best and "pencil" it in..And blogging/vlogging is my outlet and something i enjoy for myself since i am at home all day, so I want to make time for it!
It was so nice just to vent and get it out there, and i really appreciate you ladies taking the time in reading and responding! xoxo((((HUGS))))
