Advice/tip and tricks help!!!

Hey all i need some advice or help lol under both my eyes i have a line and when i put concelor on it goes into the line i have tried putting a primer on before my concelor but it does nothing, i also want to try and get rid of the line but not sure how to.

has anyone got any tips for me please
