Yeah I am basically looking for a good nail strengthener and is going to make my nails grow fast and grow back stronger, and are less likely to break off....suggestions?

Avon Strong Result Length&Strength Complex. It really strengthens your nails.

The avon one is nice but it's a very watery consistancy and only works on bare nails. for a base coat, i really like opi's nail envy. I've been using it for 2 weeks and my nails are already stronger/growing.
also, make sure you're taking care of your cuticles. i'd pick up orange sticks, cuticle remover and cuticle cream. i remove my cuticles maybe one every two weeks, definitely not everyday. if i notice them starting to look cracked/unwell, i'll remove them. the cuticle cream just moisturizes them.. your nails are as good as your cuticles are :)

Nail envy!!! My mom used it and got me hooked on it. My nails peel a lot and are very brittle but after using nail envy they grew like crazy and were super strong! I stopped using it but planning on buying a new bottle this week.
It's kinda steep at $17 a bottle but I have found nothing that works as good as this. Sometimes you have to pay a little more for a great product and this is one!
