I really like maybellines Eye studio Lasting drama gel liner. It's affordable and it works very well. It goes on very smooth and it's great for top and bottom eye lid. It comes with a brush and it's easy to apply too.
I also really like maybellines line stiletto liquid liner!

Thanks guys so much! Ive heard great things about both. I just needed something that didnt cost my soul lol

I agree, the Milani Liqui'fy liners are great. Also, Jordana's Fabuliner felt-tipped liner is great too, and cheap (around $1-2)

i really recommend the Mary Kay pencil eyeliner and the liquid eyeliner you dont need to keep applying the color stays on and its a nice black, because sometimes with others the color looks really faded..and there not expensive at all

I really like L'Oreal's Felt Tip liners. They are so easy to handle!

But I've been wanting to try Milani Liqui'fy for the longest time.

I definitely agree with the ladies who recommended L'Oreal's felt tip liners. I work for Lancome and must say that our Artliner is very comparable (of course because L'Oreal is our parent company). With the foam/felt tip liner, you have the ability to go from everyday wear to dramatic just by the amount of pressure that is applied with the brush. Long-wear ability, water-resistant (not proof), and tug/skip/scratch proof makes it a winner in my book.

Thank u guys so much this was super helpful!

Have you ever used Hot Topic eyeliners? I know the store in itself is a little intimidating, but their eyeliners are TO DIE FOR. They're akin to Urban Decay eyeliners, but in funkier colors. They're black also comes in glitter. I also have this amazing turqoise that I love using. They last forever but are super easy to get off. They should be around a dollar for the pencil ones, the liquid ones are like four.

The new Physician's Formula pen liner (silver packaging) has a lash growing serum in its formula, and I've been loving it for on the go as of late. All that for $10 isn't bad if you're interested in it! =]

I really like the NYC liquid eyeliner, it works great and is only $1.72. I also reccomend the Gel liner from Maybelline! It also works great and is about $9! Hope this helped!
