Okay, so there's this party tomorrow night at my school. I can't wait ^^! I know there is this guy (I like)that is going to be there at the party.. I don't know him! But how do I get to know him? and get talking? :) I'm really shy, and have never before tried talking to a boy I don't know xD... HELP!
- I will be drunk and so will he probably ^^

Your best bet is probably NOT to be drunk. I am an old fart, so you will probably not listen to me... HOWEVER not only is it not very becoming of any woman to be a spazzed out lush, but you want to make a good impression, not a questionable one. I would just be casual and start small talk and get to know him and allow him to get the chance to know you as well. The REAL you! Being confident in yourself attracts people and entices them to want to get to know you.
On a side note, I have never had any successful relationship start of by being intoxicated.*

Okay, from someone who doesn't consider themselves an old fart lol, not drinking is gonna look odd at a party, probably give the wrong impression unless he asks if you drink or not. I would say drink, but not to get drunk. Don't do shots, basically =P Moderation is your friend! That way you can be relaxed and comfortable, instead of sober in a room full of drunk people. But I definitely agree on being the real you. You don't have to like everything he does and agree with everything he thinks. If you did, that would make for a really boring, one sided conversation. Have faith that if it's meant to work out, it will, and if it doesn't, too bad for him!

I never said don't drink I said, do not get drunk. Can't stop the youngsters from drinking. However, being drunk also puts you at risk of many many things. Accidents, "mistakes" and as a girl you want to be in control of yourself so no one can be in control of you!!

Well I'm not going to be totally wasted, but I just didn't know another term of being "drunk" ^^! .. I'm going to drink because I wanna have fun and dance :) .. I live in Denmark, and here is the 'way we drink' "culture" VERY different from other countries. I think we're one of the most drinking (as long as alcohol goes) countries in the world. People start drinking when they are about 16 or possibly younger, because they can. We are allowed to buy alcohol when we're 16, not meaning we have to, but most do. So it's very hard to go to a party being sober cause u KNOW everyone is going to be at least tipsy.. at least ! .. I don't want to be all crazy but I want to let go(because no one probably remembers the next day xD). I'm not that girl who is being sick at every party, I know when to stop.
Yeah did I mention there's going to be around 800 people .. so let's see if I can find him xD... but thank you for your advice :)! It was very helpful :D! But but but -- how do I get his attention on the dance floor ? That's where I'm going to be most of the night ;) !.. NO! I'm not a slutty dancer, don't even go there. xD

HOLY 800 PEOPLE... Now THAT's a party. Do your thing girl, dance your butt off! Don't over think it, that's how you needlessly stress yourself out. No matter what we say, he's gotta like you as you are, and tactics don't make for an honest first impression. You'll draw attention from the right people when you're being you and enjoying yourself.
And just remember...
Liquor before beer, you're in the clear. Beer before liquor, you throw up quicker! :P

@Katrine How about an alluring eye makeup and make eye contact with him? I see you have some awesome looks on your profile! The "twiggy inspired" look really pops and so dos the "emma watson" one... but you can also go with a more fun color since it is a party!
