I want to buy the Ben Nye Concealer Wheel but not too sure what color. I am an NC 30 for reference.

I'm assuming your talking about the 6 color concealer wheel? In which case you can easily just mix any of the shades within the wheel to match you perfectly if any shade in the wheel does not fit you perfectly.
